The National Education Policy (NEP) is a landmark initiative aimed at transforming the educational landscape of India. One of the key focuses of the NEP is to promote higher education in regional languages, which has become a necessity to achieve the Viksit Bharat 2047 dream. This initiative led to the inception of the Department of Computer Engineering (Regional Language). To realize our vision, we provide advanced laboratories, research facilities, and teaching resources, engage experienced faculty dedicated to teaching in the mother tongue, and cultivate a culture of diligence among students. We offer ample opportunities for students to excel in curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular activities such as research, skills development, higher studies, industrial training, and placements. Our comprehensive program aims at the all-round development of students, making them competent individuals ready for industry, academia, and research, thereby fostering a new generation of innovative problem solvers.
To be a pioneering computer engineering program in the regional language, by developing ethical professionals ready for academia, research, industry, entrepreneurship, while preserving culture through technology.
